Red Bear Angels is the investment group dedicated to supporting early stage companies founded or led by Cornell alums, students or faculty.

Red Bear Angels is a highly active 600+ person network of angel investors and seasoned executives supporting companies founded or led by Cornell alumni, students or faculty. One of the fastest-growing angel groups in market, Red Bear Angels has made 20 investments to-date, deploying $5.5M+ across Cornell alumni innovations since its launch in 2015. Members of RBA have access to proprietary deal flow, a professional diligence service to vet that deal flow, and a close-knit community of esteemed Cornell alumni in venture. Cornell entrepreneurs leverage RBA for access to angel investors, members with domain expertise, and in most cases, angel investors with relevant domain expertise. Our investment team made up of our Advisory Board, Managing Director, and MBA Associates proactively source, vet and facilitate competitive investment opportunities for our members, while also making meaningful introductions between Cornell entrepreneurs and those members who can be helpful.
