RestoFlow rehabilitates compromised piping systems with robotic centralizers by inspecting, cleaning, and lining. They apply ASTM F1216 fully structural, and NSF 61 certified PipeGuard polymeric linings via (SIPP) spray in place pipe. Restoflow’s cleaning methods remove the hardest incrustations from piping systems. The tooling effectively scours and dislodges all undesirable material from the pipe wall without damage or negative impact. The robotic centralizer allows for complete control over all cleaning parameters providing complete surface coverage of the pipe wall. PipeGuard polymeric lining consists of a 1:1 ratio of resin and Isocyanate. The proprietary lining centralizer can apply uniform lining thickness ranging from 20 to 500 mils with one single pass. The temperature, abrasive, and chemical resistant properties of the PipeGuard extend the service life and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
