Textrip provides an on-demand concierge service for Foreign Independent Tours (FIT) of Chinese tourists solving the problems happening during the trip through a chat bot. The service solves all the problems derived from communication difficulties and the lack of information, and also resolves all types of problems with a simple and friend-like chatting experience by offering general information like attraction sites, restaurant for foodies, and special tips about navigation, accommodation reservation, translation and transportation. Its ultimate objective is to raise efficiency and the accuracy of information through AI-based service automation.
