All of the recommendations are user to user specific and catered to that individual. Some sites say they offer human curated recommendations, but they are merely pre-created playlists by a blogger. Tunemuze is a community that relies on crowd sourcing recommendations. This reduces the time spent searching for music and raises the quality of recommendations. Now, instead of searching through the masses of music blogs and spending a few hours on internet radio stations, users can simply upload a sample song to the network and other users send in their best finds(from Hypem, Spotify, Lastfm, etc.) to the person who sent in the song.
