We looked for a way to enjoy life, eat great food, and have the energy to do it all! We found food journaling was the best way to do this. After trying all the other food journaling and calorie counting apps, we were disappointed. None of them felt right. We wanted to create a food journaling app that made it easier to pick the food that makes us feel healthier. One that helps us reflect on our eating in an easy and delightful way. YouAte app is a mindful food diary that augments self-awareness. It helps users become more mindful about their food choices. They can also share it with their coach, nutritionist, or close friends for additional motivation. Whether they share it or keep it private, YouAte helps users live a healthier life. YouAte Coach is our second product which we are about to launch. It makes sharing diaries simple for users and provides automation to coaches. Enabling coaches to increase their client base.
