Bio/Description

Arnold started as a resident of Tallinn 1952. He graduated 10th School of the Leningrad Institute of Communications in 1957. He was a young and talented engineer to working at the Institute of Cybernetics in which; regardless of what title he had, his main task was to build, customize, update and implement the computing technology, which could be available. Under the leadership of his hand the university began a dedicated many years of work; all the computers and the computer center, became a collective, and the need to manage all the tasks, researchers were able to calculate what to think. Minsk factory computer engineers were often surprised by what Reitsakas Arnold knew how to conjure up in their own computers.
