Additionally, Illuminet provides advanced database services, billing-and-collection services, calling card services, and network usage software applications to a range of telephone companies, as well as interexchange carriers, operator service providers, and other telecommunications companies and providers of telecommunications services. Illuminet Holdings, Inc. was founded in 1995 and is based in Lacey, Washington.
