Innopharma Labs, founded in 2009, provide technology and education solutions for the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Their technologies help understand and control pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, enabling the customer to realise greater process control and reduced manufacturing costs. They already sell their technologies in Ireland, the US and mainland EU. They have a pipeline of products that will see them launch 7 technologies by the end of 2014. Their education group provide up-skilling services to both individuals and corporate clients. Their highly successful up-skilling programmes for unemployed engineers and scientists – supported by the Department of Education and Skills – has seen over 70% of their graduates return to work following completion of the programme. Innopharma Labs now employ 12 people and intend to recruit another 5 people this year to support their pipeline development and technology launches.
