Code Scouts is a non-profit dedicated to helping women become software developers by creating a welcoming and accessible learning community. Members learn through hands-on projects in small groups, workshops and open source contribution. They get 1:1 mentorship from experienced developers and are matched with internships at partner companies when they're ready. Code Scouts emphasizes skill building, problem solving and peer mentorship with just the right balance of structure and flexibility.
