The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is the national accountancy body of Singapore that offers memberships and various qualification programs. The institute’s qualification programs include Foundation Programme for Singapore QP, Singapore Qualification Programme, and ISCA Professional Examination. It offers various types of memberships, including Associate, Chartered Accountant , Fellow Member, and Member in Retirement. Members can have access to networking and career opportunities, professional resources and development, and offers and privileges. The Institute aims to enhance the capability and capacity of accounting firms as well as the accounting and finance functions in companies, utilizing fully various government incentives and schemes where available, in the areas of technology adoption, human capital development, and business management capabilities. The Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is the Training and Professional Development division of the ISCA that offers training programs for ISCA members and the public throughout the year, as well as customized corporate training programs catered to specific training needs. The institute’s knowledge center offers content on financial reporting, auditing and assurance, corporate governance, integrated reporting, business management, and business valuation. IS Chartered Accountant Journal is a publication produced by the ISCA available only for its members. The ISCA Directory features the service offerings of Singapore’s professional service firms in accountancy, finance, and business. The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants was founded in 1963 and is based in Singapore.
