Investitori Associati is a private equity and venture capital firm.

Investitori Associati Società di Gestione del Risparmio (SGR) S.p.A. is the management company of the closed-end investment fund Investitori Associati IV. The company was established by Dario Cossutta, Stefano Miccinelli and Antonio Tazartes to promote and manage Investitori Associati IV, a private equity fund closed in 2004 with a total committed capital of Euro 700 million raised from major Italian and international institutional investors. The founding partners and large part of the management team have extensive experience in the private equity sector, developed in particular within Investitori Associati S.p.A., the Italian investment advisor to Investitori Associati, Investitori Associati II e Investitori Associati III since 1993. With total fully invested capital of Euro 475 million, these three funds have completed 22 investments in industrial and service companies mainly located in Italy, resulting in being considered one of the most active and successful private equity firms in the Italian market. By virtue of the capital under management and the track record of its management team, today Investitori Associati SGR can be considered one of the main players in the sector and is well positioned to take advantage of the investment opportunities offered by the Italian private equity market.
