Personalized Beauty for Women of Color

The word KARIF originates from the Arawakan term to describe the mixture of races and cultures during the Colombian era. Since I am Afro-Latina, I thought that this term was befitting for women of color in learning to embrace the African, Native American, Asian, or European blood that runs through her veins and a celebration of her unique and distinct beauty. KARIF will seek to elevate the distinctiveness of our beauty by promoting these values through the beauty products we will supply to our customers. Each month, subscribers will receive cosmetics, hair care and skin care products to sample from. They will have the opportunity to share and educate one another through the community we will build on various social media outlets while getting n touch with their God-given beauty. At the same time, KARIF's expert artistry program will assist subscribers not only by connecting with them to discover their specific beauty needs, but also delivering to subscribers highly individualized beauty expertise not found in the often-generalized beauty tips packets that are enclosed in most beauty-box subscription services.
