We are active and supportive investors, backing experienced management teams in the purchase or expansion of their businesses. Our team has extensive experience of investing in growth companies, having supported over 50 different businesses across a range of industries. We manage and advise funds totalling £700 million on behalf of a blue chip investor base including public pension funds, insurance companies and banks from the UK, US and Continental Europe. Bowmark Capital is an independent company owned by its management, and was originally established in 1997. Bowmark Capital LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is a member of the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association. We are supportive of the principles of the UK Stewardship Code, although the investments we manage are not subject to it.
