The Centre's work is managed by a small team of Directors and is supported by members of an Advisory Panel. The Centre particularly values its strong link to the Belfast based Mediation Northern Ireland - www.mediationnorthernireland.org Their work is delivered by a range of practitioners ? experienced mediators with backgrounds in the public sector, voluntary organisations and private business. The Centre enters into contracts with organisations and agencies which ask us to provide training, or to work on particular cases and projects ? most of the funds they need to deliver and develop their work come to them in this way. They also seek additional core funding to secure their existence and future development.
