Combined Liberty Index shows the real liberties and freedoms of people around the world from a more inclusive, contemporary perspective. We believe that in order to understand the liberty of people in a modern context it is necessary to look not just at individuals but also their surrounding environment. With the help of direct input from our users we are able to build a global indicator of liberty which is unique for every country. Furthermore, the indicator is dynamic, meaning as perceptions of liberty change, so does our representation of it.
