Niggle collates and analyses the feedback, and allows businesses to respond and issue vouchers – helping to build loyalty and repeat custom. The majority of Niggleâ€s existing customers are small businesses in the food and hospitality sector. Niggle operates a customer portal website where businesses can choose to publish conversations, however the service is essentially a private platform that attempts to direct unhappy customers away from public review websites.
