EcoNexus provides energy savings services (ESCO model) with guaranteed energy savings to commercial, industrial and municipal buildings. EcoNexus uses its sub-meter level, integrated hardware and software as a service (SaaS) solution to measure, monitor and identify energy efficiency problems in buildings and works with building owners/manager on the retrofits to improve energy efficiency and save on energy costs. Building owners / managers can also participate in demand response programs, get real-time feedback & alerts, generate fair tenant/PPA energy bills, monitor renewable energy generation and get help with LEED certification. Corporations can provide concrete building energy consumption data to substantiate their CSR reports.
