Chongqing Jielai Communication Co. Ltd. is a Sino-US joint venture established jointly by USA Generation Communication Co. Ltd. and Chongqing optics machinery Research Institute, owning many original patent technologies in the field of wireless communication and IP communication network. It focuses on the development, research, and sales of broad band media, soft switching, cable and wireless broadband communication technology and related equipment. Dr. Li Shihe, acclaimed as the 'Father of China Mobile Communications', serves as the Chief Scientific Adviser of Jielai and it was established in 2005.
