Its products include EOBAgent, which turns volumes of healthcare EOBs and remittances into accessible patient information; MediBank, an EDI and EOB processing service for remittance processors; and FormAgent, an out-of-the-box complete form processing system. CereSoft also offers DocAgent that processes and extracts data from both traditional and dynamic forms; HealthAgent, which processes HCFA 1500, UB 92 and other claim forms; and Invoice Agent that captures data from unstructured invoices without templates. The company was formerly known as Advanced Telecommunication Technologies, Inc. and changed its name 1998. CereSoft, Inc. was founded in 1990 and is based in Silver Spring, Maryland.
